Hearts Desire: Guided Meditations to Inner Wisdom CD uses hypnotherapy to help you reach a state of deep relaxation. In this deeply relaxed state you will be able to quieten your conscious logical mind and listen for the small voice of inner wisdom.

As we grow into adulthood and leave our childhood behind we become influenced by our society and by what other people say and do. We learn how to rationalise our decisions and analyse things on a logical level. Children on the other hand usually follow their desires, and make choices based on a ‘gut’feeling.

Many adults have forgotten this ‘intuitive’ guidence that they had when they were younger. Consequently they have become reliant on what their parents, or peer groups desire for their lives. In other words the logical mind has become too powerful.

Through the guided visualisation you’ll learn how to access your own inner wisdom. You’ll also discover what your life would look and feel like when your goals are a reality, in the here and now.
